Deliveries by courier
Your order can be couriered at an additonal charge (i.e. delivery is not included in price).
- Delivery to Major Centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein) – From R105. In order to ensure that your order reaches its destination on time, please allow for 4-7 working days’ notice.
- Delivery to Regional Centres – From R105. In order to ensure that your order reaches its destination on time, please allow for 4-7 working days’ notice.
Important
We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date and time – in terms of flagging parcels, instructing the couriers, putting special instructions and following up on all tracking. However, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific time on a certain date as we rely on third party couriers and, even though we always do our best, errors can creep in from time to time.

Should any of your ordered items be damaged upon arrival, we will immediately replace it.
