How do I create an account?

You can create an account upon checkout on the “Checkout” page after adding your products to the cart. Fill in the required information fields including your personal details and address, select a password, follow the prompts, and voila!

If you already have an account with us, please login at the "My Account" page.

How do I place an order?

Begin by selecting a category that appeals to you and browsing the products within that category. Once you select a specific product, you will be taken to that product's information page where you will find a more detailed description. Select the quantity and "add to your cart". This product will then be added to your Shopping Cart, which allows you to check and modify your order before proceeding with payment. Once you are satisfied with the contents of your cart, you can click on ‘Checkout’ and finalise your order.

How long does delivery take?

We will do our very best to deliver on your preferred date and time. Depending on the destination, items are imported and delivered in 4-7 working days.

How do I track my order?

You will be issued with a tracking number which can be used to track your parcel via our courier's website. You are also welcome to contact our customer care staff who will help you track your order.

What do you do if the recipient is not at home when you try to deliver?

If delivery was unsuccessful, our courier will attempt to phone the recipient and arrange for a convenient delivery time. Alternatively, we can send the order by postal services and the recipient will then be notified to collect the parcel at a convenient time. Because we only deliver between Monday and Friday, it may also be convenient to arrange for delivery to the recipient's work address.

I live overseas, but I would like to purchase party supplies. Is this possible?

Unfortunately not. All of our orders must be delivered to a South African address.

Is there a branch in Johannesburg or Cape Town?

Yes, Themed Decorations one and only home base is in Boksburg. However, we are able to deliver nationally within South Africa.
